All jewellery featured on the website is in stock unless otherwise stated.

Occasionally there will be a waiting list for items.  Should this be the case I will let you know immediately.

Bridal Jewellery, Silver and Commission pieces are all made to order. Depending on the design, please allow at least 7 working days from order to completion.   As each piece is hand crafted, there may be some slight variation in bead colour and materials shown.   This adds to the uniqueness and charm of your piece.   Jewellery will not be delivered until full payment has been received.

Post and packaging
All iItems are gift wrapped and posted all over the UK using Royal Mail.

Standard Delivery (First Class Post) – £3.95

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service – £6.40.

Hard work is involved to ensure each piece is perfectly crafted and Imadjin Jewellery is unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  However, if you are not happy with your purchase, as long as you return it unused, in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt then a full refund will be given.  This does not apply to commissioned pieces.

Sterling silver is a porous metal and may require cleaning from tarnishing from time to time.  Washing up liquid and a soft cloth will make your silver shiny and new!

Alteration and repair service
Have your old pieces repaired and brought back to life, prices start from £10.00 per hour depending on work involved.
Jewellery parties for children and adults – Whatever the occasion, parties can be arranged for you and your friends in the comfort of your own homes, the more sold – the more for you.
